What is a foil balloon? "Happy Birthday" Balloon on the above picture. It can be Heart-shaped or round-shaped. 

What is a latex metallic balloon? Standard balloons with metallic/chrome finish.

Standard latex balloons last 6 to 8 hours and foil balloons tend to last for about two to three days depending on the environment.
