Sydney Flower Delivery

Due to increasing number of orders, we have decided to use a specialised delivery partner to deliver our flowers and gifts, in addition to our own drivers.

Valentines Day Deliveries and Mother’s day deliveries may experience delays due to driver shortages and large volume of orders. You will get a tracking email and the recipient will get a tracking SMS to track the delivery driver. Please place your orders early, it will help us to prepare and dispatch your orders early. 

Valentine’s day deliveries start from 8AM.  Our aim is to deliver the flowers early as possible, please monitor your email for tracking updates.

Mother’s Day Deliveries start from 7 AM.  Please monitor your email for tracking updates.

We cannot guarantee a specific time under the standard delivery, if you need a specific time window (2 hour window, not exact timings), we can organise a VIP courier ** charges apply.  Please call us well in advance.

We can deliver anywhere within Sydney! if the location is outside our standard delivery area, our delivery partners will provide a quote for the delivery which is always more than $19 hence if the delivery suburb is not listed here please call us before you place the order.  Otherwise, we will contact you to get the delivery fee difference. Please note all refunds will incur an admin fee to cover credit/debit card processing fees.  Please visit our FAQ and Terms & Conditions. We always look after our customers but at times it may not be viable to absorb the additional courier fees for a small business, hence we will reach out.

Due to inflation and increasing fuel prices, our delivery partners are also increasing delivery fees. There are also additional surcharges for Sydney CBD, Hospitals and Special Events such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day. Flowers are delicate hence we cannot use standard couriers hence we use specialised couriers.

Free Delivery? We don’t offer free delivery or store pick-up.

Our design studio is located near Sydney Olympic Park and our corporate office is located in Sydney CBD.

We are relying on our delivery partners to dispatch our fresh flowers, gifts and balloons, they have changed their weekend delivery fees hence we may need to contact you if your delivery address is outside our Sunday delivery area.

We are OPEN and delivering, all orders will be delivered in line with our contactless delivery procedures throughout the SYDNEY LOCKDOWN.

How BySahana is responding to Covid

Our highest priority during these unprecedented times is safety of our customers and our team. We must all come together and do all we can to keep ourselves and each other safe. Therefore, we have implemented necessary and immediate changes to all our deliveries to ensure safety for everyone.

We have made it compulsory for our team to sanitise pre and post -delivery as well as wearing masks throughout the whole delivery.

Our team will call the recipient first prior to delivery to notify them and arrange the best suitable time for our delivery team to:

• Arrive
• Knock and leave the order on doorstep
• Move away from the door to maintain social distancing
• Confirm with the recipient order has been received, either verbally at the location or through text.

For customers who are thinking about sending flowers or cupcakes to a recipient in hotel quarantine, please contact the relevant hotel reception and check whether deliveries will be accepted before placing your order with us to prevent disappointment.

Order will be delivered to the relevant hotel lobbies and left with hotel staff to be delivered to the recipient. Please specify the hotel room number to be delivered to in the comment section (Or call us). We will confirm the recipient’s room number with the hotel reception.

Temporary Substitution

Due to reduced flower supplies and sourcing challenges, we will place a temporary substitute on your favourite flowers if they are not available. We will do the utmost to match the flowers and colour palettes using a mix of available fresh flowers and from our range of premium silk flowers.

Please note this will mean the flowers pictured on our website will not be the exact representation to the order you place during these challenging times. We will do our very best to create our floral arrangements as close as possible to your design.
