How to order:

• Did you know you can easily order your luxury florals through our website? Simply place your order online and select your preferred colour palette. We will take care of the rest, designing bespoke floral arrangements that perfectly reflect the style and palette chosen.
• You can personalise your vase with a message e.g. Happy Birthday My Love, Happy Anniversary Wifey
• You can select the delivery date or same day delivery.  You will receive a tracking link via email once your order is dispatched. The recipient will also receive an SMS with tracking information to follow the driver’s progress.

CAN I ADD A MESSAGE TO A CARD?
BySahana offer a complimentary card together with your flowers. During the final steps of the checkout page, you will be asked to add a message to a card.

CAN I ORGANISE DELIVERY AT A PARTICULAR TIME?
BySahana cannot guarantee a specific delivery time for our STANDARD Delivery. We will make every attempt to fulfil your request but cannot guarantee it. If you need your flowers or gifts to be delivered at a particular time, please call us before you place your order. We can organise a VIP Timed Delivery for an extra charge. With a VIP Timed Delivery service, orders arrive within a specific 2-hour window. Please call us well in advance to receive a quote and confirm availability.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive a tracking link via email once your order is dispatched. The recipient will also receive an SMS with tracking information to follow the driver’s progress.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE RECIPIENT IS NOT AT HOME?
If the recipient is not home when the delivery is made, we will try and contact the recipient on the mobile provided. The gift will be placed in the most secure location available to the courier.
If the gift cannot be left safely, we will contact you to work out a solution. If we deem it is unsafe to leave the flowers and we cannot contact the customer or recipient on numbers provided it will be returned to our design studio and additional charges may apply for return, and any reattempt of delivery.

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?
We are a delivery-only service. To ensure the quality and security of our designs, our studio is not open for public collections.
