Can I walk in and collect my flowers?

We don’t offer walk-in or pick ups. Please place your orders online for delivery.

What areas do you deliver to?
BySahana delivers throughout the greater Sydney area. Please visit our delivery areas page. We can arrange delivery outside our standard delivery areas for an additional courier fee, call us to find out more.

What is the delivery fee?
BySahana is currently offering a flat $19 delivery fee (for orders $100 and above) throughout Sydney or 25KM from Sydney Olympic Park our design studio where we dispatch the flowers. Please visit our delivery areas page.
We are using external delivery partners, we may need to contact you if the delivery address is out of our area.

There are also additional surcharges for special events such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day due to delivery partner’s special event surcharge/levy and last minute delivery scheduling fees / surcharge.

Please note- on Sundays and on days you have missed our daily cutoff, BySahana offers same day deliveries for an additional $19 per order (this is on top of the standard $19). This is to cover speical courier rates for Sundays and post daily courier cutoff timings (courier surcharge).

Are you still accepting orders?

Yes, we are still accepting orders for valentines day please order from our Valentine’s Day range on our website. It will be dispatched during our afternoon delivery run. We cannot guarantee delivery before 5pm for city location for orders placed after February 13th midday.

Timed deliveries on Valentine’s day

Due to Valentine’s Day being the busiest day for all florists, we cannot schedule timed deliveries. We will dispatch as early as possible on the day. A tracking code will be shared with recipient/ number added to recipients phone number field and to your email.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Due to high call volumes and Valentine’s Day being the busiest day for us, we won’t be able to help you place the order. Our website is simple and you can go ahead and place an order. You will get an order confirmation email and tracking once your order has been dispatched. 

Can I change the delivery address?

This is not possible if the order is already with our driver for delivery. Please reply to your order confirmation email, with your request and our team will review and respond as soon as possible. Please note, a re-delivery fee may be applicable. 

Can I call the driver?

You will be able to liaise with the driver via the delivery tracking link. Please note, the drivers will respond at their earliest as they are driving. 

How many roses in a rose box?

Does my flowers come in a box with Happy Valentine’s Day?

All our flowers come in a plain box or vase. If you would like to add personalisation, please select the personalisation option. Given last minute orders, all last minute orders with a request for personalisation, will be “Happy Valentine’s Day”.

I want to cancel my order, how can I do that?

Please send us an email in response to your order confirmation and our team will get back to you on whether we can cancel your order and provide you with either a part or full refund. Please refer to our FAQ page and Terms and Conditions page for more details.

What happens if the recipient if not at home?
If the recipient is not home when the delivery is made, we will try and contact the recipient on the mobile provided. The flowers will be placed in the most secure location available to the courier. Please note, due to large volume of orders on Valentine’s Day, our couriers will not be able to wait for recipients and will need to keep moving in order to ensure all flowers are delivered in a timely manner. If the flowers cannot be left safely, we will contact you to work out a solution. If we deem it is unsafe to leave the flowers and we cannot contact the customer or recipient on numbers provided it will be returned to our design studio and additional charges will apply for return, and any reattempt of delivery.
