Cancellations: Cancellations: We understand that plans change. Please note that all cancelled orders will incur a 3% fee, deducted from your final refund, to cover credit card processing charges and administrative efforts.. [T&C]
BySahana is currently offering a flat $19 delivery fee (for orders over $100) throughout Sydney or ~15 KM from Sydney Olympic Park our design studio (Standard Delivery Areas). All orders will be delivered between 11 AM to 6 PM. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time window.
Need flowers before 11 am or in a particular time window? We can arrange a VIP delivery service for an additional fee. Please call us for more information.
Please note- on Sundays and on days you have missed our daily cutoff, BySahana offers same day deliveries for an additional $19 per order (this is on top of the standard $19). This is to cover VIP courier rates for Sundays and post daily courier cutoff timings. There are also additional surcharges for Special Events such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day.

- Flat $19 Standard Delivery: For all orders over $100 within our standard Sydney zones (~15km from Sydney Olympic Park).
- Standard Timing: Your flowers will arrive fresh between 11 AM – 6 PM.
Special Requests & Weekend Service
- Sunday & After-Hours Delivery: Need flowers on a Sunday or missed the 1 PM cutoff? We offer a Priority Service for an additional $19.
- VIP Timed Delivery: Need them by a specific time or before 11 AM? Call us to arrange a VIP courier.
