• Note: All prices include GST. As each floral piece is uniquely handcrafted, no two designs are entirely identical, ensuring your event styling is truly one-of-a-kind.

Delivery & Collection Options

• Standard Delivery: An additional fee applies for delivery, set-up, and pack-down ($149+). Standard service covers a 10 km radius from the Sydney Flower Market. If your venue is outside this area, our team will reach out to discuss available options.

• Operating Hours: Delivery and collection times must be scheduled between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

• DIY Pick-Up: Looking to save on delivery fees? You are welcome to collect the florals directly from our design studio located near Sydney Olympic Park.

Important Details & How to Order

• Security Deposit: A fully refundable security deposit of $280 (payable via PayID) is required for all hire items.

• Next Steps: Simply place your order online, and our team will contact you to finalise the logistics—including your event timings, set-up requirements, and payment instructions for your PayID deposit.
