How BySahana is responding to Covid

Our highest priority during these unprecedented times is safety of our customers and our team. We must all come together and do all we can to keep ourselves and each other safe. Therefore, we have implemented necessary and immediate changes to all our deliveries to ensure safety for everyone.

We have made it compulsory for our team to sanitise pre and post -delivery as well as wearing masks throughout the whole delivery.

Our team will call the recipient first prior to delivery to notify them and arrange the best suitable time for our delivery team to:

• Arrive
• Knock and leave the order on doorstep
• Move away from the door to maintain social distancing
• Confirm with the recipient order has been received, either verbally at the location or through text.

For customers who are thinking about sending flowers or cupcakes to a recipient in hotel quarantine, please contact the relevant hotel reception and check whether deliveries will be accepted before placing your order with us to prevent disappointment.

Order will be delivered to the relevant hotel lobbies and left with hotel staff to be delivered to the recipient. Please specify the hotel room number to be delivered to in the comment section (Or call us). We will confirm the recipient’s room number with the hotel reception.

Temporary Substitution

Due to reduced flower supplies and sourcing challenges, we will place a temporary substitute on your favourite flowers if they are not available. We will do the utmost to match the flowers and colour palettes using a mix of available fresh flowers and from our range of premium silk flowers.

Please note this will mean the flowers pictured on our website will not be the exact representation to the order you place during these challenging times. We will do our very best to create our floral arrangements as close as possible to your design.
